Our Weighting Methodology
The TECH COMPASS uses a weighted scoring system developed by:
- Program Directors - Each program director identified the key skills, work environments, and personality traits that lead to success in their field
- Advisory Committees - Local employers validated what they look for when hiring graduates
- Curriculum Analysis - Course outlines were reviewed to identify core competencies
- Labor Market Data - Current industry demands and future job growth projections
